At Kings of Baseball, we stand behind the quality of our products and take pride in every item we ship. Because each order is made or fulfilled with care, all sales are considered final.

Refunds

We do not typically offer refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare and extraordinary situations — such as damaged items upon arrival or a significant fulfillment error — we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refund Consideration

To be eligible for consideration:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase

  • You must provide photos or documentation of the issue (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds or store credit may be issued instead of a full refund.

Shipping Costs
